    We will gladly accept the return of unworn items made within 30 days of the delivery date from thehappyclothingcompany.com. Items must remain unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. Once a return is initiated online, you have 15 days to send it back using the provided pre-paid label. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. 

       

    A $10 return label fee will be applied to / deducted from all returns (charged to the payment method provided at checkout). The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

    Exchanges for same item in different size/color will be free IF you use the provided shipping label and shipping method

    Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

    How do I return?

    • Email us at support@thehappyclothingcompany.com
    • Provide your order number and email address used for purchase to start
    • Include whether you are looking for a return for refund, exchange (if so, for what), or store credit
    • Once your request is approved, you will get an email reply with the shipping guidelines
    • Returns/Exchanges will be approved (if applicable), within 1 week. 

    What items are returnable? 

    • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
    • In unused and resellable condition
    • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

    What items are non-refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Discounted items
    • Used/Washed/Worn Gear

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at support@thehappyclothingcompany.com within 7 days of the delivered date, with photos and a description of the damage.

    Can the items be exchanged?

    We allow exchanges of items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, and the original item is received, the replaced item will be produced and shipped to you. 

    What are the refund options?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

    How do I ship back the items?

    For instructions on how to ship back the returned products, refer to the email received after the return request is approved.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Refunds can be rejected if it doesn't pass our inspections for damage, wash, and wear.
